Privacy at Asyncor

What we collect

• Your email address when you request early access.
• Your email address, sign-in records, and session information when you use a founder account.
• Sales-room information you provide, including room names, descriptions, video links, suggested questions, calls to action, and publication status.
• Approved product information founders add to a room, including notes, FAQs, transcripts, and timestamps.
• When you visit a sales room, an anonymous room session, video interactions, questions, assistant answers, citations, and calls to action you use.
• Your name and email only when you choose to identify yourself or request a founder follow-up inside a sales room.
• The waitlist form you used and, when present, campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term.
• The hostname that referred you to Asyncor, when your browser provides it.
• Anonymous, aggregated page analytics such as page views, referrer, country, browser, operating system, and device type.
• Limited technical and security records needed to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

How we use it

• To manage the waitlist and invite relevant teams into the private beta.
• To send access updates and occasional product-development notes.
• To authenticate founders and create, publish, and display their sales rooms.
• To retrieve relevant approved evidence, generate grounded answers when enabled, escalate unsupported questions, and recommend a useful founder follow-up.
• To show founders how prospects interact with rooms they publish.
• To measure which campaigns create qualified interest and improve the landing page.
• To prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the service.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic measurement. It does not use advertising cookies or create a profile that follows you across websites. We do not send your email address to the analytics service.

Storage and sharing

Account, room, approved-source, prospect-session, question, and waitlist records are stored in a Neon-hosted Postgres database. Vercel provides production hosting and anonymous web analytics. Resend delivers transactional emails such as sign-in links and waitlist confirmations when those features are enabled. OpenAI processes the question, recent conversation, and retrieved room evidence to generate an answer when the grounded assistant is enabled; Asyncor validates its citations before showing the answer. We use service providers only to operate Asyncor, and we do not sell your information.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, room, source, and associated prospect-interaction information while an account is active, and retain waitlist information while the private beta is active or until it is no longer useful for the purposes described here. Security and operational records may be retained for a limited period. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Sebastián through the founder profile below.
